What does the button with the blue dot in the middle of the cord do?
This is the Cool Air Button. When you hold it down, it turns off the heater and blows room temperature air. This helps close the cuticle and smooth the hair at the end of styling. It takes about 10 seconds for the air to reach room temperature.

Why do the temperature and airflow change when I connect accessories?
The hair dryer has accessory recognition, so it knows which accessory is connected and automatically adjusts the temperature and airflow to the ideal settings. You can always choose to change the temperature and airflow by manually pressing the Air and Temperature buttons on the back of the dryer.

What material are the Oval Brush bristles made of?
The Oval Brush has 2 types of bristles. One type is high-heat nylon, and the other is boar bristle. The nylon bristles are larger and help to comb and detangle while drying at the same time. Boar bristles help promote grip, smoothness, and shine while gently distributing your hair's natural oils.
