What does the button with the blue dot in the middle of the handle do?
This is the Cool Shot Button. When you press and hold it, the heater turns off and releases room-temperature air. This helps seal the cuticle and smooth the hair after styling. It takes about 10 seconds for the air to adjust to ambient temperature.
Why do the temperature and airflow change when I attach accessories?
The FlexStyle™ features automatic accessory recognition, meaning it detects which attachment is connected and adjusts temperature and airflow to the ideal settings.
You can still manually adjust the airflow and temperature using the controls on the back of the device.
What material are the bristles of the Oval Brush made of?
The Oval Brush has two types of bristles. One type is nylon, designed to withstand high heat and help detangle while drying. The other type is boar bristles, which enhance grip, smoothing, shine, and help distribute natural oils throughout the hair.
